Double-sided Color Coated Steel Sheet

Double-sided color-coated steel sheet are made of high-quality galvanized/aluminum-zinc-coated substrates. After degreasing and chemical treatment, high-performance coatings (PVDF/HDP/PE) are applied on both sides and cured by high-temperature baking. The product has excellent weather resistance (color retention for 15-20 years), corrosion resistance (salt spray test for 1000+ hours) and decorative properties, and is widely used in building roofs/walls, home appliance panels, partitions and other fields. It supports customized colors (RAL color cards), thickness (0.3-1.2mm) and special functional coatings (antibacterial, self-cleaning), and complies with ASTM A755/GB/T 12754 standards.

1. PVDF fluorocarbon coating: contains 70% fluorocarbon resin, has excellent weather resistance (color retention for 20 years +), is UV-resistant, and is suitable for harsh environments such as high-end curtain walls and airports;

2. HDP high weather-resistant polyester: cost-effective, color retention for 15 years, anti-powdering, suitable for industrial plants and storage facilities;

3. PE polyester coating: economical and practical, rich in colors, suitable for home appliances and interior decoration;

4. SMP silicon-modified polyester: acid and alkali resistant, anti-pollution, commonly used in chemical plants and coastal buildings;

5. Special functional coatings: such as antibacterial and self-cleaning coatings, to meet special needs such as medical and clean rooms.

All coatings have passed the QUV accelerated aging test, and the adhesion reaches level 0 (ASTM D3359).

Its service life is 15-25 years (PVDF coating), which is more than 3 times that of traditional materials.
